About The Position
Westmoreland Country Club, located in Export, PA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Requirements
- Previous cooking experience required (restaurant, club, or banquet environment preferred).
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.
- Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and station setup.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Properly label, date, and store food products.
- Assist with banquet and special event service as needed.
- Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members.
- Support a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture.
