About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting dependable, fast service. The role involves learning and executing recipe procedures, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, communicating ticket times, and maintaining a continuous flow of food orders. Line Cooks contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for Team Members and Guests. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
