This role is responsible for preparing food items according to specified recipes and standards, ensuring high quality of plate presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Line Cook will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in various kitchen operations, including special events and training new employees. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety, sanitation principles, and various cooking techniques. The Line Cook is expected to represent Chandon in a professional manner, discussing food and wine pairings.
