About The Position

The mission of the Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners Association is to bring a superior level of service to the local community, ensuring that members and guests have a exceptional lake living experience that will not only encourage return visits, but generate excitement and, ultimately, increase pride in property ownership and property values. The Food & Beverage Team is the front line to deliver this experience, whether its through the Pro Shop, the Marina, or the Cove Dining.

Requirements

  • Occasionally reaches, lifts, stacks and maneuvers objects of varying dimensions and weights up to approximately 55 lbs
  • To follow all health & safety
  • At least 3 months of previous supervisory or lead experience
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize efficient time management a must
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate with clear and concise points

  • Bartending experience

Responsibilities

  • Set up, stock, and organize your designated station with all necessary ingredients and supplies before service begins.
  • Chop vegetables, butcher meat, and prepare sauces according to recipe guidelines.
  • Cook orders efficiently using various methods like grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking.
  • Ensure dishes meet exact visual presentation standards, appropriate portion sizes, and temperature requirements before serving.
  • Maintain a clean workspace, follow proper food safety (HACCP) protocols, and sanitize equipment.
  • Track food freshness, rotate ingredients (FIFO), and report low inventory to kitchen leadership
