About The Position
Line Cook / Chef Blush is hiring Line Cooks and Chefs to join our morning brunch team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring every guest who visits Blush enjoys the best possible dining experience, from the quality of the food to the consistency and presentation of each dish.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or chef, ideally in a brunch or breakfast-focused kitchen
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced morning service environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation standards
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook brunch menu items to Blush's standards of taste, quality, and presentation
- Work efficiently on the line during busy morning service to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station in accordance with food safety practices
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Monitor food quality and freshness, communicating any issues to kitchen leadership
- Help maintain inventory and proper stock levels of ingredients as needed
