We serve fresh, flavorful classics (burgers, tacos, sandwiches, salads, shareables, and daily specials) in a fun, welcoming environment with indoor dining and a popular patio overlooking the course. Open daily, we deliver great food at great prices in a lively golf-club atmosphere.

Requirements

  • 1+ years line cook or similar experience in a high-volume casual dining or bar/grill environment preferred
  • Strong knife skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and commitment to teamwork
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation and upbeat attitude

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate high-volume menu items with consistent quality, speed, and presentation using fresh ingredients
  • Manage multiple stations (grill, fry, sauté) during peak service while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced, positive setting
  • Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
