About The Position

SoNapa Grille is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our chef-inspired menu offerings. Requirements

Some knowledge of a full-service, high-volume kitchen.
Able to read and understand recipe cards.
Able to work in a team environment.
Able to get to and from work.
Punctual.
Physically able to bend, reach and lift heavy items.
Able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
Able to follow direction and take input from Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

Prepare SoNapa Grille menu items following all SoNapa Grille recipes and specifications.
Follow all food portioning controls.
Understand and follow all food allergy procedures according to SoNapa Grille standards.
Follow all food safety standards for our guests.
Be aware of station at all times and communicate clearly and professionally with chef and leadership team.
Communicate all food delays or issues with chef and leadership team.
Maintain proper personal hygiene by washing hands often and according to food safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment during the shift.
Adhere to SoNapa Grille uniforms standards at all times during shift.
Help with other tasks including trash, floors, and any other tasks assigned.
Perform all side work assigned and leave area clean and sanitized at the end of each shift.
Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude every shift.
