About The Position

We are looking for dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals who want to work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment. We are a family-owned and operated business that has been operating for over 30 years. We have a fun hybrid business model with a sit-down restaurant, take-out deli, quality catering, and curated market selection. Shifts are generally 7-3, 11-7, or 1-9. We are open from 8 am to 8 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
  • Prepare for all aspects of the restaurant and retail market, including sit-down, catering, and retail a la carte prepared food sales.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Prepare food for service (i.e. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
  • Stock inventory appropriately.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
  • Answer, report and follow the Managers instructions.
