This role requires consistency, attention to detail, a strong understanding of culinary standards, and the ability to execute meals that support both hospitality expectations and the unique needs of assisted living and memory care residents. The Line Cook plays an important role in delivering a refined dining experience by preparing food with proper technique, honoring recipes and presentation standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring all meals are produced safely, accurately, and on time. This position requires professionalism, pride in craftsmanship, and a resident-first mindset.
