Line Cook
About The Position
Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is interviewing for full time or part time Line Cooks. Hot line cooking experience in a full service restaurant is helpful but not required. Weekends are required. Join our team for the opportunity to be promoted to Lead Line Cook, Shift Supervisor or Sous Chef. Responsibilities include: Cooking and preparing menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by Il Fornaio Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line Preparing and portioning recipes prior to service Maintaining a clean and professional appearance Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude Communicating clearly, professionally and respectfully Being able occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availability and holidays Join our successful team today.
