The Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center in South Boston, Virginia, is seeking an experienced line cook to join its culinary team! The right candidate will prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Applicants must have both line and banquet experience and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional duties include: Ensuring proper food handling and storage practices are being met. Assisting in the development and implementation of creative menu items. Ensuring that all kitchen facilities and equipment meet proper safety and sanitation standards. Must be able to report to work for the scheduled shift on time in accordance with company policy and have dependable transportation.
