About The Position
Line Cooks on Chili’s Heart of House team help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food by following recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and help ensure orders flow continuously from the kitchen. The role calls for teamwork and the ability to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
