About The Position

Join the culinary team at On the Rocks, a premier seasonal restaurant and special event venue located at the award-winning Fox Hopyard Golf Club. We pride ourselves on showcasing local talent and fresh ingredients from our sourced farmers and suppliers in our newly renovated dining room, casual tavern, and spacious outdoor patio.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen (Grill, Sauté, and Catering experience earns top pay!).
  • ServSafe Certification is highly recommended.
  • Strong personal hygiene and a reliable, professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing all food orders and event catering dishes to exact specifications.
  • Adhering to strict food safety standards and maintaining a clean, sanitary station.
  • Assisting with inventory, stock rotation, and completing daily prep lists on time.
  • Maintaining a dependable, helpful, and courteous attitude toward coworkers and members.
