About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, offering an experience that seeks to inspire through its food, service, and spirit. This role is for a Line Cook in Beaverton, Oregon, where you will learn the craft of sushi, sharpen knife skills, master rolling techniques, and blend global flavors with Japanese-inspired techniques.

Requirements

  • Love for food and passion for creating delicious experiences
  • Experience in full-service kitchens (grill, broil, sauté, and fry stations)
  • Skills in food handling, storage, and all things prep
  • Positive vibes and teamwork with both front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Curiosity to learn, grow, and level up kitchen skills
  • Valid Food Handler’s card
  • Excitement to dive deeper into Japanese cuisine and beverages

  • At least a year in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen
