About The Position

The Line Cook is responsible for prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients per restaurant recipes. Checking ingredients for freshness, arranging, and garnishing the dishes. You will also oversee ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card

Nice To Haves

  • Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  • Must have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy season
  • Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
  • Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
