Requirements

Ability to see 20/20, color, and peripherally.
Walking 30% of the time.
Standing 70% of the time.
Bending and lifting 10% of the time.
Climbing up heights in excess of 10 feet.
Lifting/moving maximum of 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipes.
Prepare, plate, and present food products using various cooking methods to achieve guest satisfaction, workforce strength, profitability, and compliance goals.
Communicate station needs, waste, and discrepancies to the sous chef.
Prepare and present menu items according to recipe specifications and presentation expectations as directed by the sous chef.
Assist in other kitchen areas as directed by the sous chef.
Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.
Set up and maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
