Troon is hiring a Line Cook for Jackson Park Golf Course Grill. The Line Cook will assist the Chef and Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all culinary outlets on the property, including kitchen sanitation, cleanliness, preparation, and delivery. This position requires adherence to all procedural guidelines established by the Food Service and Safety Department. The team has implemented strong protocols to ensure the safety of associates and patrons, allowing focus on customer experience, camaraderie, and dining room management.
