POSITION PAY RATE - $17- $19 per hour and up, with performance reviews and raises ROLE OVERVIEW: Our Heart of House Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
Responsibilities
- Prepares food items to order following established recipes and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Restocks food supplies and takes inventory when required
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Must be willing to do light dishes and prep
