About The Position
Join our vibrant brew pub located in the heart of Bloomington, IN. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and craft beer in a fast-paced, energetic environment. We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to be a key part of our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service in a busy brewery setting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced brewery or similar environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
