Responsibilities

Maintaining knowledge of menu items to ensure every build meets specs and expectations.
Preparing and cooking menu items during service, while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
Understanding and adherence to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
