About The Position
Line Cooks, part of Chili’s Heart of House team, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes, maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, communicate ticket times, and keep orders moving from the kitchen. The role calls for teamwork and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Chili’s is a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. The company emphasizes service, hospitality, and giving back, and aims to provide a strong experience to every Guest. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
