About The Position

This role assists the Executive Chef/Dining Services Director in the preparation of meals and provides excellent customer service. Requirements

  • A High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
  • MUST BE Servsafe certified.
  • Knowledge of volume food preparation.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
  • Follow recipes.
  • Cook from scratch.
  • Assist in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
  • Work closely with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and implementation of special events.
  • Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
  • Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.
