About The Position

Line Cooks are part of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting fast, dependable service. They execute recipe procedures, keep food orders moving continuously from the kitchen, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The role requires working effectively with Team Members in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
