Our sushi department runs like a well-oiled machine, stream-lined for consistent product. All sushi hires start on the roll-station (making the rolls, maintaining the roll machine, sushi prep, restocking, etc). Once that position is mastered, you will learn the cuts, decoration, plating, and expo of sushi. A quickly growing thai + sushi concept.
