About The Position
Farmington Country Club is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Seasonal Poolside Grill Cook for the Summer 2025 season. This role offers a competitive starting wage of $15.00/hour and a benefits package that promotes an excellent quality of life. It's a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain new knowledge, skills, and culinary techniques through seasonal employment. The Grill Cook will be responsible for the daily production of food for the Club’s Poolside Grill.
Requirements
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing less than or equal to fifty (50) pounds without assistance
- No prior experience required
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Culinary Arts is a plus
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and break down work stations
- Follow daily prep lists and instruction provided by the supervisor and be ready for service by the times specified
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work station and equipment
- Attend daily pre-shift meetings
- Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs
