This position is responsible for preparing all menu items according to recipes and yield guides. The Line Cook will also direct, train, and monitor the performance of other Line Cooks, while maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. They will prepare and assign production and prep work, communicate any changes to assignments, set up and break down work stations, and inform the Sous Chef of any supply needs.
