About The Position

Farmington Country Club is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Line Cook for The Grill. This role is responsible for the daily production of food for the Club's casual and fine dining restaurants. You will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from experienced chefs, including Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC, and Executive Sous Chef Charles Figueroa, CEC.

Requirements

  • Professional knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures
  • Able to lift 25 lbs. comfortably.
  • Ability to bend and twist with no limitations.
  • Ability to work on feet for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen

Responsibilities

  • Set up, maintain, and break down workstations.
  • Follow daily prep lists and instructions the supervisor provides and be ready for service by the specified times.
  • Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe workstations and equipment.
  • Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs.
