Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a line cook in a contemporary, Chef driven, full-service restaurant
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Basic knife skills
• Detail oriented and cool under pressure
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability

Responsibilities

• Provide great experience for our guests
• Follow standards including food safety and sanitation and dish execution
• Adherence to recipes, portion specs and timing expectations
