Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Food preparation, cooking techniques, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail is critical for following recipes accurately and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast and early lunch menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed to comply with health regulations.
