About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook, Line Chef, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
  • Follow all food safety and health regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management and food storage.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support team members during busy service periods.
