About The Position

Join Litehouse as a Line Attendant/Production Worker! This role involves packaging and stacking product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse Foods started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago and has become a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, manufacturing these products at four U.S. facilities. Litehouse is committed to its employees and the communities in which it operates. As a Line Attendant, you will assemble containers, package products using machinery, and ensure items meet quality standards. Responsibilities include palletizing, inspections, and using software systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean workspace, and values food safety and quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
• Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
• Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
