About The Position

Litehouse is seeking a Line Attendant/Production Worker for their facility in Kootenai, Idaho. This role involves packaging and stacking product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse is a 100% employee-owned food manufacturing company with a strong reputation and commitment to its employees and communities. The company is a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, with four U.S. facilities.

Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently.
• Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
• Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred

Responsibilities

• Packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications.
• Assembles containers.
• Packages products using machinery.
• Ensures items meet quality standards.
• Performs palletizing.
• Conducts inspections.
• Utilizes software systems for operations.
• Maintains a clean workspace.
• Adheres to food safety policies.
• Reports food safety and quality concerns to supervisor.
