This position pays $22.05 per hour during the 75-day probationary period and up to $24.50 per hour after successful completion of the 75-day probationary period. A shift premium of $1.00 per hour is also offered. After training, the role involves setting up and operating equipment such as dough hoppers, sheeters, laminators, and cutters. Responsibilities include organizing the work area in a clean and safe manner, monitoring and analyzing data to make necessary adjustments, and overseeing all MCP/CCP control points while maintaining accurate records. The job frequently requires lifting in excess of 50 lbs. Additional duties include refeeding scrap dough onto conveyors, monitoring and filling sifters, operating automated interface control panels, loading recipes, and performing Operator Care duties as assigned, such as checking pie diameter and monitoring hopper levels. The role also requires adherence to all Quality, GMP’s, SQF, 5S, and Safety policies and procedures, as well as performing any other assigned duties.
