About The Position

Seaman Corporation is seeking a Line 4 Operator on C Shift for their manufacturing facility in Northeast Ohio. This role is crucial to the company's success in manufacturing high-quality industrial coated fabrics. The facility operates on a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule, and the selected candidate must be able to work within this schedule. The C Shift operates from 7pm to 7am. Applicants will be required to train on a Day Shift before transitioning to C Shift permanently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift.
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to work within the 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule.
• Must be able to train on a Day Shift prior to moving to C Shift permanently.
• Successfully complete Work-Keys Assessments.
• Successfully complete Drug Screening.
• Successfully complete Criminal Background Check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Some computer skills preferred.
