Line 4 Coating Assistant - Night Shift

Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business. As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule. We are currently looking for a Line 4 Coating Assistant for D Shift, 7pm to 7am.
Requirements
- Must be able to work within the 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule (7pm to 7am)
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Work-Keys Assessments
- Drug Screening
- Criminal Background Check
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Some computer skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Promoting safety by following procedures and practices
- Assisting Line Operator to ensure product runs smoothly
