About The Position

The Driver will ensure that the vehicle is clean and maintained in good condition in order to transport our Guests. The driver will act as a good will Ambassador and maintain high safety standards at all times. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures and obey all traffic laws. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’ Service Standards at all times. Drivers will inspect the vehicle prior to/after each shift, and properly fill out an inspection log. Drivers will be familiar with the operation of the vehicle thoroughly before operating it. Drivers will ensure that the vehicle is clean and that the interior is safe and ready for use prior to starting the shift. Drivers will obey all driving regulations and will adhere to all speed laws on Station Casinos’ properties as well as public/private property. Drivers will maintain jurisdiction over anyone who may interfere with the Driver’s ability to operate the vehicle safely. Drivers will consider all road hazards and will operate the vehicle with full coherency and alertness at all times. Drivers are to be knowledgeable with regard to directions and Station Casinos information and will offer information and assistance to our Guests. Drivers will act in a courteous manner toward our Guests at all times. Drivers will be punctual in following the schedule as specified to ensure Guests are not left waiting. All Drivers must be ready at least 5 minutes before scheduled departure. Drivers will not leave their vehicle unattended with the engine running or not while passengers are aboard. This position is not limited to the duties listed in this job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted by Management to meet business needs of the Hotel Department. Driver required to submit a copy of their driving record quarterly.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
Class ‘C’ Driver’s License for the State in which the property is located.
A clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Ensure the vehicle is clean and maintained in good condition.
Transport Guests.
Act as a goodwill Ambassador and maintain high safety standards.
