About The Position
Avita Health System is seeking a dedicated Limited Permit Holder Therapist to join our Pulmonary Department at our Galion location. This role involves providing cardiopulmonary care services under the supervision of the Pulmonary Services Manager, in accordance with physician's orders and department policies. Avita Health System serves communities through three hospitals and numerous clinic locations, employing over 2,200 team members and more than 160 physicians and advanced practitioners.
Requirements
- Therapist Licensure.
- Limited Permit Holder.
- Successful completion of Neonatal Resuscitation certification.
- ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications.
