About The Position

Capitol Imaging Services (Houston MRI – The Woodlands) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PRN Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) to join our imaging team. The LMRT will be responsible for performing high-quality radiographic procedures under the supervision of a licensed practitioner, ensuring patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This LMRT will also be assisting as a Technologist Assistant when needed.

Requirements

• Current LMRT license in the state of [Insert State].
• CPR certification (BLS preferred).
• Strong understanding of radiographic positioning and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a clinical or imaging setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform limited radiographic exams as authorized by state licensure.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort.
• Operate radiologic equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Assist with patient flow and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
