About The Position

Lil' Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer is seeking a Youth Soccer/Child Development Coach to lead children aged 18 months to 10 years old through structured 50-minute classes focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches are responsible for creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families. This role is suitable for high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults seeking reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. While soccer experience is helpful, it is not required as full training is provided. Lil' Kickers is a nationally recognized child development program using soccer to build confidence, coordination, and social skills, while Skills Institute focuses on skill development and progression for older children.
