About The Position

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking enthusiastic educators and coaches to join their team as Lil' Kickers coaches. This role is for individuals who are highly motivated, kid-centric, and ready to make a positive impact. The coach will create a fun and structured learning environment for children ages 18 months to 5 years.

Requirements

• No prior coaching experience required. Training provided.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage children's behaviors.
• Team player mentality.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
