The Lightweight Team Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day management and logistical support of Burton’s Lightweight team, a group of young international snowboarders. This role serves as the primary operational point of contact for team riders, overseeing product ordering and distribution, travel coordination, and expense management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively across cultures and time zones, and has a genuine passion for snowboarding and youth athlete development. This is a part-time position (32 hours/week) requiring approximately 25% travel. This role will provide hands on experience with the best snowboarders in the world, extensive networking opportunities, and exposure to sports marketing in the action sports space.
