Requirements
- Willing to travel and be away from home as needed (currently traveling 60-80% of the time).
- 18+ years old.
- Able to pass a medical exam & drug test.
- A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
- Physically fit – Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
- Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.
Nice To Haves
- Construction or electrical experience is a plus!
- Lightning Protection and Grounding experience is a HUGE plus!
Responsibilities
- Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
- Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
- Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
- Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
- Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
- Tackling other duties as assigned.
