About The Position

Since 1986, we’ve been leading the way in protecting buildings, infrastructure, and lives from nature’s most electrifying force. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you from the ground up.

This is an entry-level position—no experience required. We’re looking for individuals who want more than just a job—people interested in building a career in the trades.

We are currently hiring local candidates to support two data center projects in the Monroe area, expected to last about one year. After that, continued employment would require willingness to relocate to other project locations such as Dallas or Houston. If relocation isn’t a fit at that time, employment would conclude.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Able to pass a medical exam & drug test
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs and work on rooftops/ladders
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
• Comfortable working outdoors

Nice To Haves

• Construction or electrical experience is a plus (but not required!)

Responsibilities

• Installing lightning protection systems on rooftops
• Assisting with grounding system installations
• Learning to read blueprints and construction plans
• Handling materials and tools on active job sites
• Following all safety procedures and guidelines
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
