Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of touring and/or stage production experience in lighting
Strong working knowledge of stage lighting, basic video systems, and basic audio systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant education

Responsibilities

Welcome touring crews and ensure seamless show execution
Execute the load-in of band gear, lighting rigs, and lighting rental equipment
Set up and break down lighting systems and event-related lighting equipment
Operate and program Lighting Consoles
Create and distribute lighting plot plans for events
Perform lighting focus and adjustments according to artist and event specifications
Lead and operate lighting systems throughout entire shows and private events
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair lighting equipment as needed
Handle and care for all house and rental lighting and A/V gear properly
Ensure safe, consistent, and professional lighting operation during all scheduled events
Support overall production operations throughout the venue
