About The Position

Join the Client Greenville Production Team as a vital Production Structures/Assembler, F-16 Technician. You’ll play a critical part in the build, repair, and delivery of F-16 aircraft, working within a supportive, innovative environment. This position offers hands-on experience with advanced aerospace manufacturing and opportunities to grow your expertise in aircraft production.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sheet metal mechanic experience in a production or aviation environment
Expertise in aircraft structural assembly, repair, and maintenance
Proficient with blueprint reading and technical documentation
Skilled in precision drilling, reaming, and riveting
Able to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing production needs
Effective team player with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

F-16 aircraft assembly experience
Advanced fabrication techniques
Familiarity with Client production standards

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for F-16 structures and sub-assemblies
Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal components with precision
Use advanced measuring equipment for accurate assembly and alignment
Execute precision drilling, reaming, and riveting for structural integrity
Install various fasteners and hardware to stringent specifications
Maintain high safety and quality standards throughout all production processes
Adapt to multiple shifts including 1st, 2nd, or weekend schedules as required
