About The Position

Hypertherm Associates is seeking individuals for a Light Industrial Assembly role on the 2nd shift. This position offers a stable job in a clean, safe, and supportive manufacturing environment. Assemblers are responsible for building world-class plasma cutting systems and subassemblies using standard processes, documentation, tools, and technology. The role involves hands-on work, collaboration, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality products are shipped globally. No prior experience is necessary as extensive on-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
18 years of age or older
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the military, food service, retail, healthcare, seasonal employment, education, etc.

Responsibilities

Assemble high-quality products using standard processes, documentation, tools, and technology.
Craft each system with attention to detail, safety, and quality.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase shared profits.
Work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods.
Independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
