About The Position

RRD is seeking a Light Equipment Operator to operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment. The role involves setting up and adjusting machines for production runs, as well as cleaning, lubricating, and maintaining the equipment to ensure optimal operation. The operator may also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, submitting maintenance requests, coordinating crewmember assignments, and providing training to new team members. The position offers a starting minimum rate of $20.50 per hour, with a pay range up to $23.00 per hour, and operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, with occasional overtime, including weekends, potentially required.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment
