About The Position
Brasfield & Gorrie is currently accepting applications for a Light Equipment Operator. This position involves operating various types of power construction equipment to move, load, unload dirt, and to grade, dig, and/or lift materials. The role may also include repairing and maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and working in a drug-free environment.
Requirements
- 1 year of commercial construction Equipment Operator experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operates several types of power construction equipment according to established guidelines to move, load or unload dirt; grade, dig and/or lift materials.
- Operates equipment such as mini excavator, skid steer, roller, compactor, forklift, buckhoist and other light equipment.
- May repair and maintain equipment in addition to other duties.
- Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
