About The Position
Operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment. Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs. Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimum operation. Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed. The operator may coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and provide training for new team members.
Requirements
- Knowledge of standard equipment setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics, with the skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.
- Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to equipment according to job requirements and the equipment’s operating characteristics and capabilities.
