Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience with light commercial HVAC systems (e.g., rooftop units, packaged systems, VRFs).
Minimum 2 years of residential experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving problems efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach to client interactions.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
A positive, can-do attitude focused on delivering exceptional service.
Must fluently speak, read, and write in English.

Nice To Haves

HVAC certifications or higher education are a plus.
